Visa Information and Guidelines
- This Visa is for visitors who need to work for a short duration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This is issued for a period of few weeks to 3 months to perform a specific work.
- Technicians for servicing an industrial machine, Architect coming in to survey a construction, Doctors coming in to perform an operation are a few examples.
- Polio & MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) Vaccinations are mandatory for all visitors travelling to Saudi on Visit Visas.
Documents Required
Following documents are required for Islamabad Mission:
- Original passport (Minimum Six (06) months validity and having at least two blank pages).
- Complete Visa Application Form (Embassy Form).
- Two (02) passport size photograph. (white/ blue).
- .Invitation letter from any Saudi company certified by the Chamber of Commerce / Copy of pre-approval for Working visit visa issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia.
- A copy of the Visa slip issued from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be sufficient for applicant who intend to visit non- governmental organization, association and community welfare, charities only.
- Copy of the company registration for Saudi Companies
- Experience Certificate.
- Agreement Between Company And Employer.
- Educational Certificate As per Profession) Attested By MoFA Pakistan.
- Agreement between Company and employer attested by Saudi chamber of Commerce.
- Introductory letter from Pakistani Company.
- Copy of the Membership Certificate for the company by the Chamber of Commerce Pakistan.
- Experience Letter minimum 2 years in the same trade.
- Request letter to the Embassy from the Saudi Company for visa issuance.
- Attach the vaccination card for Polio & MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella).

- A copy of the Visa slip issued from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be sufficient for applicant who intend to visit non- governmental organization, association and community welfare, charities only.
- Copy of the company registration for Saudi Companies.
- Experience Certificate minimum 2 years in the same trade.
- Agreement Between Company And Employer attested from saudi chamber of commerce.
- Educational Certificate As per Profession Attested By MoFA Pakistan.
- Introductory letter from Pakistani Company.
- Copy of the Membership Certificate for the company by the Chamber of Commerce Pakistan.
- Last two previous passport if have

- All other services (other than Visa Charges for the relevant visa category, Enjaz Fee, Visa Service Charges) acquired by an applicant are optional, none of which are mandatory to obtain a visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- A Service fee is levied on each visa application submitted at the Etimad Visa Service Centre. This is a non- refundable fee and will be levied even on applicants who are exempted from paying the Visa or Enjaz fees.
- Visa Fees, Enjaz IT Fees & Medical Fees are collected on behalf of Saudi MoFA.
- Fees are subject to change as per exchange rate. If there is a change in fees at the date of appointment then the difference in fees will be collected in the center.
- The above visa fees, does not apply for American Nationals applying under a visit visa category.
- If applicant selects ‘any’ fee as already paid, they have to come with proof of payment at the time of appointment in the center.
