Birth Certificate issued by union council and B-From issued by Nadra need to attest from Foreign Office Pakistan and Saudi Embassy Islamabad. You also need to translate birth certificate or B-form in English and Arabic on same page divided by column and this translation also needs to attest from Foreign office and Saudi Embassy. Birth certificate or B-Form is used for applying family visit visa and permanent resident visa. This is also required for endorsement of visa from Etimad office.

- Birth Certificate Must be issued from Union Council
- Parents and Grandfather ID Card Number Must be Mentioned
- Birth Certificate Must be Signed and Stamped by Union Council
- B-Form must be issued from Nadra Office
- It must be attested from Pakistan Foreign Office
- Parents Passport, ID Card and Valid Iqama Copy
- Muqeem or Abshar Print Copy for Parents
- Child Passport and Iqama Copy
