BForm Attestation from UAE Embassy and UAE MOFA
If you are applying for a UAE family visa, sponsoring your children, or planning to register dependents in the UAE, you will need to get your BForm (Child Registration Certificate) attested by the UAE Embassy and UAE MOFA. This attestation confirms the authenticity of your child’s birth and family details as recorded in Pakistan and makes the document legally valid for use in the United Arab Emirates.
As of June 2025, the UAE Embassy in Islamabad has updated its document policy regarding BForms. Now, the embassy only accepts the new English version of the BForm, which is being issued by NADRA offices across Pakistan starting from June 2025. The older BForms printed in Urdu are no longer accepted for UAE attestation purposes. Applicants must obtain the latest English-format BForm from NADRA before proceeding with the attestation process.
The attestation process is completed through the UAE’s New Digital Attestation System, launched in Pakistan on 7th July 2024. Physical stamps or stickers are no longer applied. Instead, after verification, the BForm is issued with a digitally attested PDF copy and an official verification report from UAE MOFA.
Process for BForm Attestation:
-
Obtain the new English version of the BForm from NADRA.
-
Get it authenticated by MOFA Pakistan.
-
Submit for UAE Embassy digital attestation in Islamabad.
-
Final attestation is done by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
